Our mission for Buffalo Run is to provide a place for you to build your own “mountain living” dream. We started with a fine piece of land with a convenient location and spectacular views. In addition to adding quality roads, water, and utilities, we planted a wide variety of trees and shrubs to enhance the beauty and value of the property. Adding burms along the highway, with lots of trees and shrubs, helps protect the view and abate the noise. We hope we have created a special place for you to enjoy and make you home.
Our service does not end with your purchase. I will assist in the formation of the homeowners association and provide services such as watering the trees and snow clearance until the association takes over. In addition to being a wonderful place to live, Wyoming is a very tax friendly state. The Tax Foundation ranks the Wyoming state and local burden the 3rd lowest in the U.S. There is no state personal or corporate income tax, no tax on retirement income or inheritance.
